WARNING: Deactivating your My Account cannot be undone. Please read the following carefully before you continue.

  1. You will no longer be able to access your billing and payment information online. You will still have the option of setting a new "my account" profile at a later time if you wish to do so.
  2. If you were set for paperless billing, all accounts will be switched back to paper billing.
  3. All your scheduled payments will be cancelled. You are still responsible for paying any outstanding amounts owing.
